Any Kid Can Cook: Desserts and Snack written by Chef Mike was an excellent learning tool for children and parents to bond while preparing some tasty desserts and snacks.This book was so cool! I agree with another reviewer, photos of the dish would have made the book so much better.
However, since we are well past that stage, this book was awesome!
I love the cover, the simple language used and how orderly the book was.
I can not wait to have some me time with my nieces and nephews to prepare then eat their hand made desserts.

The recipes look fun and simple to to do and i am looking forward to trying it out with my 6 year old nephew when he sleeps over next week.
However because there were no pictures for the recipes i couldnt get him excited about it and inspire him to choose which he would like to make.
I loved the set up for this book. It breaks down recipes into different levels that once a child learns the necessary skills then they can move onto the next level. However, most of the recipes were for desserts. For those wanting to model a more health-conscious menu for their little ones this is not the book for you.
